# 문제 해결

로그인·동의·파일·템플릿·다운로드가 막힐 때 확인할 항목

먼저 어떤 화면에서 막혔는지 확인하세요. 아래 항목은 현재 웹 흐름에 맞춘 순서입니다.

## 검사 결과를 오해하지 않기

점수는 파일 자체를 읽은 규격 점수입니다. `통과`여도 게임 화면에서 보이는 모습이나 특정 엔진의 실제 import를 보증하지 않습니다. 엔진 렌더·게임 시점·사람 판정은 별도 evidence입니다. 반대로 `조건부`는 막는 문제는 없지만 남은 경고가 있다는 뜻이고, `막힘`은 `ERROR` 또는 `CRITICAL` finding이 남았다는 뜻입니다.

## 실행 횟수와 한도

새 계정은 가입 시 실행 횟수 25회를 받고, 이후 매달 30회가 채워집니다. 성공한 만들기·검사만 1회를 사용하며, 실패·거절·저장 실패는 사용하지 않습니다. 이미지 만들기는 작업공간마다 하루 8장입니다. 남은 값은 [대시보드](https://clunk.games/dashboard)에서 봅니다.
